My work is rooted in the connection between mind, body, and skin. I help people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out—and who often see those struggles reflected in their skin through breakouts, irritation, or flare-ups.
By combining nervous system-aware practices with skin-supportive rituals, I guide you toward calm, balance, and a healthier relationship with both your body and your skin.
